The website www.cartyourtrip.com (the "Site") is published and maintained by Strange Land Tour & Travels ("Company") in accordance with the laws of India When you access, browse or use this Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the terms and conditions set forth herein. When you access any of the sub-Site (whether belonging to an 'associate' of Company or otherwise) through this Site, then such sub-Site may have its own terms and conditions, which are specific to such sub-Site.

Hotel Booking Terms :

• Incidental bills if any will have to be settled in cash at the time of check out. www.cartyourtrip.com reserves the right to cancel the booking at their discretions.
• No one will be allowed to check in with out www.cartyourtrip.com booking slip. Those who are carrying other booking slip will be treated as cancelled booking.
• Check in time / Check out time as per hotel norms.
• Early check in subject to room availability & extra charges will be applicable.
• Late check-out subject to room availability & extra charges will be applicable.
• Child Below 5 yrs. is complimentary, Above 5 yrs. & so is chargeable. Child 5-10 years without extra bed as can be mentioned CNB (Child No Bed). Above 10 years/ Extra adult with an extra bed sharing room is same & chargeable./li>
• For Indians - No one will be allowed to check in without valid photo ID proof (Passport / Voter ID ).PAN card & Adhaar card will not be accepted as id proof.
• For Foreigners - No one will be allowed to check in without valid Visa & Passport.
• In case of cancellation after raising the reservation slip following cancellation fees will be applicable.
• For Late Arrival / Unscheduled Extensions please must be reported in advance for necessary arrangement and action.
• Strikes, Natural Calamity, Landslide, Non-permit – we are not responsible for those things. We try to advise our guest to take no risk and reschedule the Itinerary if we sense any such intention. In such cases guest have to stay in the nearest resort / hotel or lodges. Arrangement will be made by us but the extra cost in actual has to be paid by the guest.
• If by landslide, heavy rain or any other natural calamity car will go by different route, guest will have to bear extra amount for long route.
• Vehicle will be available to guest as per itinerary only (Point to Point basis).
• In case the client requiring any changes in the pre-booked service, such changes would be considered as new service. The cost for the new service is payable separately and adjustment with the cost of original service is not admissible. Such extension or alteration of the original service is subject to both www.cartyourtrip.com and the guests agreeing on the same. In case of any disagreement www.cartyourtrip.com commitment is limited to the service already booked.
• If any tour cancelled because of unfavorable climatic conditions, strike, train cancellation or any other circumstances, in that case booking amount will be forfeited.
• There will be no refund for any unforeseen calamities which may occur during the tour.
• The Management/Agency/Authority/we will not undertake liability towards any damage or loss of life or any property of the tourist due to an accident, theft, robbery, any illegal or immoral activity, any penalty by caused of activities against civic rule, natural calamities during the tour. All dispute will subject to Siliguri jurisdiction only.

Booking Procedure of Hotel :

50% Payment of total booking amount has to be made in advance and the balance amount must be paid on or before 15 days of Check-in. We seek 100% payment for the booking within 15 days from the check-in date.

No Booking will be confirmed without advance payment.

Cancellation Policy of Hotel :

Cancel of Individual Booking: :

• If the reservation is cancelled/amended before 21 days of the date of arrival, there will be no retention
• Within 15 – 21 days of the date of arrival, 50% of the 1st night stay will be charged as retention.
• Within 07 – 15 days of the date of arrival, 100% of the 1st night stay will be charged as retention
• Any cancellation less than 7 days entire stay would be charged as retention.

Cancel of Group Booking:

• If the reservation is cancelled/ amended before 30 days of the date of arrival, there will be no retention.
• Within 15 – 30 days of the date of arrival, 50% of the 1st night stay will be charged as retention.
• Within 07 – 15 days of the date of arrival, 75% of the 1st night stay will be charged as retention.
• Less than 7 days of the date of arrival, entire amount for stay will be charged as retention.

No refund is possible if the tour is cancelled due to bad weather, civil/political disturbance, or anything beyond human control. But in such cases there will be full cooperation from the entire cartyourtrip.com team to make an alternate arrangement

Package Booking Terms :

Our travel itinerary is a suggested Tour Plan. The Company is responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest. All other services which are not paid by the guest to the Company are Suggested services and Company is nowhere bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same. Check in and Check out Timing of the Hotel will be according to the timing of the respective Hotels, Company is not responsible for compensating any loss or additional cost incurred by the guest while taking the tour. Company is neither responsible nor liable for any damage, loss or injury caused to any passenger during the tour. Any Claim related to the Package must be brought to the notice of the Company within a week.

No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher. No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations. Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc is to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot.

Booking Procedure of Package :

Cancellation of Package :

20% cancellation charge of the total package cost if cancelled 15 days before arrival

40% cancellation charge of the total package cost if cancelled between 15 to 7 days before arrival

50% cancellation charge of the total package cost if cancelled between 7 to 1 days before arrival

No refund is possible in case of cancellation after the tour starts.

Refund Policy :

Any refund stands for any booking cancellation considering the Booking Policy, cartyourtrip.com will refund at the same bank account within 15 days.

Bank Details for Booking :

Payment can be remitted through Demand Draft, Cheque, Cash Deposit, Internet Bank Transfer at the following Bank Details. Any booking is subject to realization of specified amount.
